What this site collects

When you send a message through the contact form, the site collects your name, your email address and whatever you write. That is all. There are no accounts, no newsletters you did not ask for and no selling of anything to anyone.

Why it is collected

Your details are used only to reply to you and to talk about the project you asked about. If we end up working together, they are also kept with the project files and invoices.

How long it is kept

Messages that do not turn into a project are deleted after twelve months. Project emails and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires, which in Portugal is usually ten years.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses simple, privacy friendly visitor statistics from the hosting provider. They count visits without tracking you across other sites and do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything stored about you at any time. Write to hello@milareyes.studio and it will be sorted within thirty days.

Who is responsible

Mila Reyes, illustrator, Lisbon, Portugal. Questions about this policy go to hello@milareyes.studio.
