Painting a school wall with 200 kids
Lessons from a week of chaos, colour and a lot of paint on small shoes.
Plan for mess
Two hundred kids, six days, thirty metres of wall. The secret was simple: numbered shapes, one colour per class and a very big bucket of wet wipes.
Every kid painted their own shape, and every edge got fixed after school. Nobody noticed, and that was the point.
