Stickers that never stop
Pingo wanted reaction stickers that felt hand made, not stock. Forty loops, each under two seconds, each one drawn frame by frame with a lot of coffee.
The hardest part was making a loop feel alive without making it annoying. The answer was usually fewer frames and a tiny pause before the loop restarts.
my approach
Fewer frames, more feeling
Most loops are between eight and twelve frames. The trick was a tiny hold at the end of each cycle, which makes the motion feel deliberate instead of jittery.
Everything shipped as GIF, MP4 and Lottie, plus a static sticker for older phones. The pack now has a few million sends.
